CONSENT TO ACT AS DIRECTOR

TO: LONE PRAIRIE CAMP LTD. and the Board of Directors

The undersigned consents to act as a director of Lone Prairie Camp Ltd.. This consent shall continue in effect from year to year so long as I am re-elected to the Board by the shareholders, but if I revoke this consent or if I resign from the Board, this consent shall cease to have effect from the effective date of such revocation or resignation.

The undersigned further consents to the participation by any director in a meeting of directors or of a committee of directors by means of such telephone or other communication facilities as permit all persons participating in the meeting to hear each other, such consent to continue in effect unless revoked by an instrument in writing delivered to Lone Prairie Camp Ltd..

The undersigned also consents to their name, email address and the below information to be submitted to the CRA as part of Lone Prairie Camp Ltd.'s mandatory annual T3010 return. A small portion of the information (including your name) will be publicly posted on the CRA website.
