LPC 2024 AGM

March 9th at 1:00 pm at Ellerslie Road Baptist Church

This meeting will be held at Ellerslie Road Baptist Church and is open to any interested parties, but only LPC’s Shareholder Representatives are able to vote on motions. Shareholders must notify LPC in writing of any Shareholder Representative changes a minimum 2 weeks in advance of the AGM.

There will also me a virtual option for guests who RSVP at least 2 weeks in advance.

We look forward to a productive and God-honouring dialogue as we celebrate together what God accomplished in 2023 and anticipate His continued faithfulness in 2024.

Lamp Unto My Feet Bible Memorization Fundraiser

April-July 5

We are very excited to announce our Lamp Unto My Feet Bible Memorization Fundraiser. Staff & CLTs will be collecting pledges and then memorizing as many Bible verses as possible before July 6.

LPC staff have memorized an incredible about of Scripture over the past few years and this year we have extended the challenge to our broader LPC community. Whether you are a camper, an alumni or just love camp ministry, everyone is invited to join us in collecting pledges, memorizing Scripture and raising donations for LPC’s 2024 Staff Support Fund!

Make a pledge using the form below and invest not only in the ministry of Lone Prairie Camp but also the lifelong impact of memorized Scripture. Lone Prairie Camp will approve verses ahead of time to ensure (for example) that previously memorized verses are not included and we will confirm how many verses were ultimately memorized.

LPC Staff Retreat

May 3-5, 2024

Who: Anyone potentially interested in coming as CLT or staff during the summer of 2024 AND all 2023 summer staff
Where: Lone Prairie Camp
When: May 3 (7pm) – May 5 (1pm), 2024
How: Please RSVP below so we can plan food accordingly.

This weekend is for anyone who is thinking about coming to Lone Prairie Camp this summer as CLT or Staff
…Again THINKING about coming, you don’t need to be sure.

It will be great opportunity to get an update about the summer and ask any questions you or your parents may have.

Spring Workday

June 1 | 9:30am-5pm

Every year we appreciate the many volunteers who help us during our Workdays. The ministry of LPC quite honestly relies on this ongoing support.

We need experts, people who can follow instructions and everything in between. In fact, we would also LOVE some people to help make refreshments throughout the day. We are compiling a list of projects and ask that you please indicate any specific skills in your RSVP.

We will get a lot done and have a lot of fun – Consider joining us as we get ready for the busy summer month!

Our 2024 Spring Workday will begin at 9:30am on June 1 and conclude by 5pm with a tasty lunch in between.

Staff Alumni Night

Have you ever served as a Lone Prairie Camp CLT or Staff? Perhaps you can even remember back to when we had a different name? You will forever be part of our camp family and we invite you to join us for a special Alumni Night on Saturday, May 4 at 2pm.

This will be a very loosely structured free event intended to facilitate reminiscing and fellowship. You can look forward to a lazy afternoon at the beach, a potluck supper, stories, worship and wonderful company. Your family is welcome to join you, just please bring a potluck item for supper large enough to at least feed your family.

A free-will offering will be collected

Consider bringing:

  • Pictures
  • An instrument to play
  • Money to buy treats at our Tuck Shop…or maybe some LPC clothing…
